At the recent EGR Operator of the Year Awards held in London, Unibet Group was awarded the coveted title.
Competition was tough among the groups who were shortlisted for the signature Operator of the Year 2016 Award, but Unibet finally grabbed the top prize.
It has been a fantastic year for Unibet Group, which also won Best Marketing Campaign for it Luck is No Coincidence campaign, and Most Socially Responsible Operator, also at the EGR Awards.

Tough Casino Competition
Some of the best brands in the online casino business were shortlisted for the Operator of the Year title.
These included 888 Holdings, Bet365, Gala Coral Interactive, Leo Vegas, Lottoland, Mr Green, Poker Stars and Sky Betting and Gaming.
Ultimately, however, it was Unibet Group which proved to be the best of the bunch and walked away with the coveted award.
Casino Marketing Campaign
Unibet's #LuckIsNoCoincidence campaign has been described as "genuinely disruptive campaign that challenged category norms."
Its campaign videos have been a staggering 30 million times and break barriers in the industry.
The group also takes very proactive steps towards responsible gambling, helping players remain in control of their gambling activities.
"This is a true testament to the great teamwork everyone in the Unibet Group contributes and how all of our brands and teams work together to achieve a common goal – to give our customers the best experience," said Ebba Ljungerud, the Chief Commercial Officer of Unibet Group.
